We understand the need for some occasional privacy regarding your business. Have a client or team meeting scheduled? Members can enjoy free access to our spacious conference room! RSVPs are required for the Conference Room and can be made through the office coordinator, Emily.

Office/Desk members will be given a keycard for 24/7 building access. Common Area members will be given a keycard for access Mon-Fri, 7am – 5pm. Members have access to a shared kitchen and catering options are available!

Print, copy, and scan documents and graphics using our machine on site! Office/Desk members are given 120 B&W copies for free (per desk) – with unlimited scanning!

For additional copying and printing, Get It Now Print is available to partner with our members to provide you service when you need it. Click here to learn more.

Send and receive emails, conduct research, upload content with access to free high-speed wireless internet! Energize your mind and feed your creativity with complimentary coffee and seasonal fruit options from Toigo Orchards!

The Professional Training Layout allows for Presentations and Product Pitches. Outside of the Training Room is an area ideal for Breakout sessions.

Are the agreements month-to-month?

Yes. The month-to-month commitment provides you with the stability of an office along with the flexibility you need to grow your business.

When do the agreements begin?

The Park Agreements begin on the 1st of the Month. The Park has a 30-day move out policy that requires move out on the last day of the month which allows the new member to move in on the 1st.This policy allows us to know what the office availability will be.

I'm ready to join ThePark! What are my payment options?

You may pay by ACH (auto withdrawal) or by Credit Card. Note that credit card payments are subject to an additional deposit.

When do I have to let ThePark know I'm moving out?

Members are required to give a 30-day notice to move out. Move out forms must be submitted by the last business day of the month prior to vacating.
