In Addition to Monthly Fee, a One Time Key Fab Fee of $25.00 will be Due upon booking your First Month.

The following Items are required prior to your Park Membership being Activated:

  • Valid State Identification Card
  • Proof of Business Name
  • Certificate of Insurance with a Commercial General Liability policy with $1,000,000.00 per each occurrence. (Contact us for the Additional Insured Information that will need added to your COI)
  • Signed Lease Agreement
